Chih Ing Lim

Location: Chapel Hill, NC

Chih-Ing Lim is currently serving as Project Coordinator for CONNECT. She completed her postdoctoral work with First School at FPG and helped coordinate a national survey of early childhood teacher preparation programs for the duration of her graduate studies at UNC-CH. Hailing from the sunny isle of Singapore, she has also been involved in helping to build the capacity of the early childhood field there through her curriculum writing, research on teachers' perceived competence and training, and consultancy work with the Ministry of Education. Her research interests include early childhood professional development, cultural, linguistic, and ability diversity, arts education in early childhood, and cross-cultural studies in early childhood teaching and learning.
