Patti Singleton
Patti Singleton serves as Director of Information Services for the Kentucky Partnership for Early Childhood Services, Human Development Institute, University of Kentucky. She provides support to state and federally funded projects on distance learning, data collection, instructional design and works closely with the programmers and technical support team to ensure contract obligations are met. Patti is also working in collaboration with the Frank Porter Graham Institute, University of North Carolina, providing instructional design support for the CONNECT Center to Mobilize Early Childhood Knowledge. Patti is also a doctoral student at the University of Kentucky, College of Education, Instructional Systems Design program. Patti has been with the Human Development Institute since 2005. Previously she worked as the Kentucky Early Care and Education Trainer’s Credential Coordinator. She holds a bachelors and masters degree from Eastern Kentucky University in Correctional and Juvenile Justice.
