Beth Rous

Location: University of Kentucky

Dr. Beth Rous joined the University of Kentucky faculty in 2007. In addition to her faculty appointment, Dr. Rous is the Director of Early Childhood at the Human Development Institute at the University of Kentucky, a position she has held since 1996. Since coming to UK, Dr. Rous has served as Community Education Director and Principal Investigator for six federally funded research projects and 16 foundation or state funded research or service contracts totaling over $27,000,000. Prior to coming to UK, Dr. Rous’ professional experience included Principle Investigator and Director of two federally funded training outreach programs, as well as a teacher at the middle, elementary and preschool levels.
