What if I have trouble accessing the link to the online survey?

You may use one of the other options we have to complete the survey (downloading the survey in a Word document and emailing it back to us, printing a copy of our survey and faxing or mailing it back to us upon completion, or call us to arrange a telephone interview). If you are still having trouble, please contact us at connect@mail.fpg.unc.edu .

If I take a break, can I come back to the survey later?

Although it is better to complete the survey in one sitting, you can quit and return to the survey. As long as you are using the same computer, you can return to the page where you last saved.

What do I do if I get a message that my session timed out?

The survey does not time out. Sessions remain open for up to two weeks and as long as you are using the same computer, you can return to where you last saved using the link provided.

What if I’m not sure if I’m answering the questions correctly?

If you would like clarifications about any of the questions, please contact us at connect@mail.fpg.unc.edu .

Can I go back to my original survey after I have submitted my final response?

No. However, if you have submitted your final response, you can still return and take the survey over again. Please contact us if you need to do this.

Once your project is done, will I have access to the data in order to more effectively teach my students?

Yes, we will definitely share what we learn with you and will probably want your advice on ways to ensure that the information is as useful as possible.

Will I have access to the modules when they are complete?

Yes, you will have full access to the modules. Everyone who is interested will be able to access the modules at no cost.
