  1. Definition – transition practices [1] are defined and further explained with examples and activities
  2. Research – Best available research related to transition is summarized.
  3. Policies  – Federal legislation related to transition is presented.
  4. Experience-based knowledge – Practitioner and family leaders share their knowledge about transition.
