CONNECT's 3+2 Review

CONNECT presented its performance information and plans for Years 3-5 to its 3+2 Review Committee on August 11, 2009. As part of the presentation, CONNECT prepared a briefing book to familiarize reviewers with project goals, activities and accomplishments, and other relevant information to that date.
