Practical Approaches to EC Professional Development Evidence, Strategies and Resources

Posted by Pam Winton Dec 05, 2008 |

What is the evidence base for early childhood professional development? How do we expect professionals to keep up with the rapidly developing knowledge in this interdisciplinary field? How can we effectively mobilize knowledge for action? Presenters in this symposium will share a theoretical framework and planning guide and illustrate how it applies to a coaching model of professional development. Participants will practice using the planning guide and applying the framework to a real life situation. (Pam Winton & Dathan Rush; December 5, 2008; ZERO TO THREE National Training Institute 2008.
